City of Wanneroo

The upgrade of an iconic building, the City of Wanneroo council premises – with the aim to maintain the original architectural feel while providing a modern look with modern workplaces. The audio visual was designed to match – with 25+ quick access meeting rooms with a simple display, touch-button controller, wireless presentation, and platform-independent video conferencing driven by a Full HD PTZ camera and ceiling microphones.

Staff were able to get in and out of meetings quicker with better outcomes. The larger meeting spaces housed interactive solutions for more detailed discussion, and the council presentation space housing 3 linked motorised displays for staff-wide meetings, and the ability to make them standalone displays for smaller presentations. A seamless experience with each meeting space identical in terms of operation, placement, and feel to minimise the setup time for staff.
