One of the most flexible, yet challenging, automation projects taken on by a finance firm in Perth. Sharing resources across several rooms, with a single client-facing touch screen to control, link, and operate various rooms across the high-rise office space.
5 different meeting spaces, and a breakout space – with the ability to conference, wirelessly present, link one room to another, and a custom program and processor in the back-end making it simple & intuitive for the client to operate. A 12 person conference room houses the primary conferencing capability, a 7″ touch screen controller, and a large display. With the smaller meeting spaces and boardroom having a combination of the above equipment.
The rooms open up into one large function space, on-looking the newly built Elizabeth Quay, with audio and video mirroring across multiple zones at the touch of a button. The setup has helped boost productivity, minimise setup time, and improve business outcomes.
