Being restricted within its four walls when collaborating with leading minds around to world to aid the growth of a startup can be restrictive, so K2AV was engaged to roll-out conferencing solutions suitable for a highly flexible space. A platform independent, fully automated conferencing solution was deployed that could be up and running by anyone with the touch of a button. Atlas IronAtlas IronA 2 year design, tweak, and consultancy phase to achieve the best mode of tackling a restructure to the firm. K2AV was engaged to assist with the consultancy where a multitude of options were explored – from a dedicated conference hub, to dedicated Cisco end-points, to using the new Polycom conferencing sound bars. Eventually with the firm committing to a utilising the Zoom VC platform a roll-out across all staff devices was undertaken. Atlas Iron became the first WA firm to utilise the Polycom Studio X-series conferencing sound bars for all its VC requirements. All items being controlled using a Polycom Trio. An entire floor AV refit. Involving a dual-display Poly Studio X50 solution, individual smaller meeting rooms with single display conferencing, and a larger breakout space for staff-wide presentations with stakeholders & remote teams being able to tune in and contribute virtually. The audio visual solution has facilitated a more nimble, less office bound team, that is enhancing productivity and leading the way in virtual collaboration.Reassessing Collaboration Completely Post Covid-19

MeathCareMeathCareDeveloped in collaboration with one of Perth’s leading architectural firms. A template for aged care facilities that has been redeployed across the state. A 103″ fully concealed projection display, hidden in the ceiling space, with free to air TV, blu-ray capability, and laptop connectivity. Flexible audio setup with 16 low profile speakers dispersed evenly across the space, also fitted with a gooseneck lectern microphone & lapel for presentations and speeches. All fully controlled via a 7″ Crestron LCD touch screen with large buttons that even the most technologically resistant person can operate.
