The audio visual solution is for 30+ meeting rooms powered by a Crestron Digital Media back-end, fully automated with lighting, blind, and display control, along with several frontline Cisco video conferencing systems. 16 room booking panels, 15 touch screen controllers, 24 displays, and one large multi-purpose presentation area with 140” motorised display. A smart design allowed cost-savings for the client by sharing resources amongst rooms, doing a great deal of rack building and configuration works off-site, and executing the install in a compressed timeframe to deliver an on-time, on-budget, and defect free end product.30+ Meeting Room Audio Visual Fit-out -

Featuring dual screens, dual projectors, all hidden away until the press of a button on a 7” touch screen controller. Custom software controlling all items in the room. The building also features one of the most advanced background audio systems in the state, with advanced zone control across all floors, showrooms, and staff areas. 20 quick meeting pods have also been fitted out with commercial displays and automated touch-button controllers. 4 showroom displays and 4 digital signage displays highlighting the various renders, designs, and finished projects of the business to potential clients in a visually appealing real-time format.3 Floor Office Fitout -
Cape LambertCape LambertA newly built boardroom with the primary purpose to liaise with staff and stakeholders dispersed across the country, a port facility operated by Rio Tinto. Ease of use for the setup, a priority for the executive team, as previous setups resulted in wasted investment due to complexity of operation. So, a conferencing setup was designed with a central display, dual table microphones, all cabling concealed, to provide a minimalistic setup. And a 7″ touch screen controller with custom software to control all items in the room. The software was developed with feedback from the executive team to ensure all functionality was as expected. Sharing resources across several rooms, with a single client-facing touch screen to control, link, and operate various rooms across the high-rise office space. 5 different meeting spaces, and a breakout space – with the ability to conference, wirelessly present, link one room to another, and a custom program and processor in the back-end making it simple & intuitive for the client to operate. A 12 person conference room houses the primary conferencing capability, a 7″ touch screen controller, and a large display. With the smaller meeting spaces and boardroom having a combination of the above equipment. The rooms open up into one large function space, on-looking the newly built Elizabeth Quay, with audio and video mirroring across multiple zones at the touch of a button.
