Perth’s leading co-working space, Spacecubed, expanded its footprint to opening another venue which will also house some of the Perth’s leading innovators. Being restricted within its four walls when collaborating with leading minds around to world to aid the growth of a startup can be restrictive, so K2AV was engaged to roll-out conferencing solutions suitable for a highly flexible space. A platform independent, fully automated conferencing solution was deployed that could be up and running by anyone with the touch of a button. Allowing movement in and out of the co-working/flexible space and enabling conferencing across any platform within seconds.
Frontline conferencing for Perth’s premier co-working spaces
A 2 year design, tweak, and consultancy phase to achieve the best mode of tackling a restructure to the firm. K2AV was engaged to assist with the consultancy where a multitude of options were explored – from a dedicated conference hub, to dedicated Cisco end-points, to using the new Polycom conferencing sound bars. Eventually with the firm committing to a utilising the Zoom VC platform a roll-out across all staff devices was undertaken. Atlas Iron became the first WA firm to utilise the Polycom Studio X-series conferencing sound bars for all its VC requirements. All items being controlled using a Polycom Trio. An entire floor AV refit. Involving a dual-display Poly Studio X50 solution, individual smaller meeting rooms with single display conferencing, and a larger breakout space for staff-wide presentations with stakeholders & remote teams being able to tune in and contribute virtually. The audio visual solution has facilitated a more nimble, less office bound team, that is enhancing productivity and leading the way in virtual collaboration.
