Dual Microphone Conferencing & Rapid-Collab Huddle Spaces
A newly built boardroom with the primary purpose to liaise with staff and stakeholders dispersed across the country, a port facility operated by Rio Tinto.
Ease of use for the setup, a priority for the executive team, as previous setups resulted in wasted investment due to complexity of operation. So, a conferencing setup was designed with a central display, dual table microphones, all cabling concealed, to provide a minimalistic setup. And a 7″ touch screen controller with custom software to control all items in the room. The software was developed with feedback from the executive team to ensure all functionality was as expected.
Several rapid collaboration huddle spaces were also implemented with a high quality display and table input for anyone to walk in and initiate a meeting within seconds.
