With existing service agreements with some of the largest businesses in the state – we tailor an agreement that costs you less in the long-term.

Businesses pay $1000’s on call out fees, which are eliminated, and you take priority in the service queue should an issue occur.

Put your mind at ease and ensure the responsibility of your equipment is handed over to an expert via a service and maintenance agreement. Including equipment audits, reporting, minor repairs and maintenance checks on a regular basis.

 

Diagnosis

If your equipment isn’t operating or functioning properly, feel free to give us a call and we can take a look at it for you. With experienced service technicians on hand, we can can come out to you or you’re welcome to drop it off to us. If the issue is beyond repair, we’ll be sure to let you know the costs and the best options available and advice you on a replacement product if required.

We are one of the only AV providers that have in-house accredited repair agents. This ensures faster turn-around, further extension of the life of your equipment, and one point of contact for managing all of your AV needs.

Need a new projector lamp or perhaps you’ve lost your remote control? Not a problem. We’re an authorised reseller for most audio visual brands and can source a lot of the consumable and spare parts for you.

FAQ

Do you repair and service equipment if something goes wrong with it? How much is a service call-out?

We are Epson certified for all projector repairs, and one of the only education AV providers with a dedicated service department. Both for metro and non-metro clients. We charge $175 for the first hour, and $120 per hour thereafter.

We guarantee a 24 hour turnaround. With a unique “floating team” system – this means there’s always a team available to be rapidly deployed for equipment faults.

For special circumstances we can. Typically our service calls are between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
